When to Go
Vail's ski season varies each year with snow conditions, but generally lasts from late November to mid-April. If you're close to the start or end dates, be sure to check before you leave that the slopes will be open. Vail isn't just for winter fun, however - in summer and fall you'll be able to enjoy the hiking, biking and scenic views of this mountain destination.
