When to Go
The weather in Valencia remains fairly mild all year round. You’ll discover the most extensive range of festivals during spring and fall. While it gets quite hot during the summer, the glorious beaches of Valencia are always nearby. The summer months see little rain, while October receives the most.

Valencia, Spain has enjoyed a variety of nicknames, including the City of Flowers and the City of Joy.
The city is also credited as being the birthplace of Spain’s favorite dish, paella.
Valencia’s most spectacular Las Fallas Fiesta occurs every year from March 15th to the 19th. Dedicated to the patron saint of carpenters, San José (Saint Joseph), the festival attracts and international crowd and includes colorful hand-made floats, brass bands and spectacular fireworks.
