When to Go

Hungary’s enormous Parliament took twenty years to build. Completed in 1902, this stylish building contains 691 rooms and the Hungarian Crown Jewels.

The city’s largest church, St. Stephen's Basilica, took more than 50 years to complete during the 19th century.
