Taveuni Island Resort is located on the small island of Taveuni, the "Garden Island of Fiji". Two airlines, Sun Air and Air Fiji, fly to Taveuni Island from Nadi's International airport. The flight takes 90 minutes. There are six to seven flights daily to this remote island. There are also direct flights from Suva, the capitol of Fiji, which is a 60 min. flight.

Guests dine together on "The Deck" where they can feast their eyes on breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean no matter what kind of feast the resort chef has prepared. The resort has a good wine cellar filled with New Zealand and Australian wines.

The island is not a center of discos and wild night life, but is a large tropical South Pacific island. It is 4000 feet high, 39 miles long and 7 miles wide. It has approximately 140 waterfalls and streams, dense rainforest and bird life.
